I was very nervous about having my couch delivered through AM trucking. However, they exceeded my expectations. Arrived on time, put together my couch for me, and took away the packing material. It was an extra charge for this service, but in my opinion it was worth it. The delivery men were very nice and had good communication.

I received my order on the 3rd of January, several days after the expected delivery date. The delivery time they had confirmed with me was also not met. Personally, I wouldn't recommend using this company for moving anything. Additionally, I observed them throwing my order from the box truck onto the pavement.

Terrible company and horrible drivers. Liars plain and simple. Amazing there still in business with the lousy, and outright terrible service. Maybe the issue was just that specific driver/s but just crazy how people like that can maintain a job.

Awful experience with this company used by AJ Madison. I purchased a 10k range on the 7th that I confirmed was in stock and ready to ship. AJ Madison assured me it was and would reach me by the 15th or a few days later. I confirmed this at time of sale and with a phone call afterwards. It was at AM trucking depot on the 14th and there it sat at their warehouse (2 hours from me) for 2 weeks. They then send me a text on 26th saying delivery is scheduled for 28th only to then leave me an obscure voicemail saying it is rescheduled with no new date. When I try to call them back I am on hold for 15 minutes. Worst delivery experience ever. I will never buy from anyone who uses AM Home Delivery as their shipping company.

Our item was extremely delayed, and when we spoke to get a COI for our building we were told it would be a $125 fee to process despite the shipper and our building telling us that is not a usual fee and we should not pay it. The customer service was rude and unprofessional and I was rather put off by their attitude. I would not trust them to deliver my Uber Eats without messing it up.

Very disappointed with this service. I have been promised phone calls many times and told my delivery was moved to "priority" but there was still a lack of follow through. My delivery was held in the shipping facility of over 14 days with no option to schedule it. I asked to speak to a supervisor to discuss my delivery and she was on another line so I stated that I would wait. They said they had to assist other customers and I would receive a call back. That call never came. Poor customer service, poor company.

Customer service is GREAT! We had to adjust the delivery of our Frigidaire refrigerator and when they delivered it the gentlemen were so professional. They had us as their first stop on Sunday and were quick, courteous, careful and provided excellent tips and recommendations. They said to hold off plugging in the unit until it had some time to adjust after the transportation. Also a key point was just in case we have to return our refrigerator, they suggested that we keep the packaging for a little while. They took time to wrap it up so I could easily just set it aside. Thank you!

Do not use this company they rip people off. They delivered my washer and refused to hook it up even though I paid for the service for them to do so. They refused to hook it up because they did not want to move the dryer! I will say it again. They would not move the dryer. One guy spoke no English. They arrived in a rental truck. That should have been a tip off. They can't even use their own trucks. Lazy Lazy Behavior. Not ok. Again these people rip you off.

They don’t prioritize the customer.I called and was told my range would be delivered this week, so I traveled to my lake house to be there when it was delivered. First it was Tuesday, then Wednesday… no range. I called Wed and said I’m leaving Friday morning so the range needs to arrive before I leave town. They said it’s not possible but promised it would arrive next week (when I’m not going to be there).I requested numerous times that Adrian the manager call me back. She didn’t. Neither did Johnny, Keith, or Melody when they said they’d call me back. Basically all of them said, “I’ll put in an urgent request to the routing manager then call you back.” Silence.If your appliance or other item is to be delivered by AM Deliveries, I’m sorry. I hope your experience is better than mine.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased appliances from Appliance Connection and white glove delivery was arranged through AM Home Delivery.They estimated delivery to my Florida home between 8/3 - 8/11 and noted if I did not receive a call by 8/3 to notify them. I called and was told the shipment was 'preparing for transport to the terminal.' It has been 'preparing' since 7/28 and remains in Dayton, NJ. I don't know how long it takes to 'prepare' a washer and dryer for shipment, however as of today AM Home Delivery cannot provide an estimated delivery date, stating that as soon as the shipment is received in the terminal a delivery date will be available.I'm from NJ and know it takes approximately 18 hours to drive to where I live. If they are waiting to fill a semi, and allowing for travel, etc., it might take a week or two to make the delivery. However, this is not the 1st home delivery I have arranged and other companies have not had any issues in providing a delivery date, some as far as California. I fail to understand how AM Home Delivery cannot do the same.Their unprofessional and inept service raises concerns about the 'white glove' service and installation which is part of the delivery. I have contacted Appliance Connection to cancel the order. I will not order from any company that uses this delivery service again.

Am trucking delivered a small refrig for a utility room. It is important to note that I did not buy the product from AM but ordered it online from an appliance seller. Once AM had the product in their hands, communication re travels of the product was very good and delivery was on time even though the small refrig was brought to ** from a terminal in ******* to **********. The 2 men that delivered the product brought it to the room in which it would be installed and offered to unpack and move it to its location. Although I had expected to do that myself I was happy for their offer because the room had been remodeled and the location required moving the appliance laterally through a space with less than one inch of clearance and then sliding it backwards into a similarly tight space. The AM guys left no mess and went well beyond what I expected - best of many experiences of delivery of furniture and appliances.

We had a wonderful delivery experience. Both gentlemen were extremely kind and took great care in handling our many appliances that we had delivered. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their service and upon them leaving my husband and I both said that delivery far exceeded any others that we’ve had during our entire renovation process. They made a great team, communicated well with one another and were so polite.

I received a delivery purchased through Appliances Connection. I was told it would be delivered between 9-1 (a 5 hour window) only to receive a call at 8:20 that they were 10 minutes away and could only wait on me for 15 minutes after arrival (until 8:45), or else I’d have to pay to reschedule. Thankfully I made it in time; however, the guys didn’t want to use the moving blankets I put down and didn’t roll up the fridge feet to use the fridge’s wheels, so when they slid it into place it scratched our gorgeous refinished floors. I will actively request another company if ever presented with a delivery from here.
