After living here for more than 25 years, my opinion has gone from good to barely tolerable. If you decide to move here, expect nothing but the bare minimum for the exorbitant amount of rent you will pay. I think the owners now care about their new property in town and forgot we exist. At my age, moving is not an option. I hope that will change. I am disgusted by the delusional office staff who think they treat tenants well. Many in my building alone would disagree. Congratulations, you have learned how to care about nothing more than collecting the rent.

I lived in Netcong Heights for 2 years and only moved away recently to be closer to friends. My stay at this Apartment complex was nice. The price was the best in the area. They were responsive and friendly when I needed service requests. Heat and hot water included, easy access to dumpsters, quiet neighbors, easy to maintain apartment with lots of closet space. My only complaint, which is outside of their control, was the 2-3 days a summer where the local community fires off cannons for 12 hours straight in 5 to 15 minute intervals. The explosions shake the foundations of the complex and I had to cancel plans to care for my frightened animals. Again, not their fault, but you will want to plan accordingly for these events if you have animals.Speaking of animals, they are super friendly to tenants who have cats, and they don't charge huge monthly fee to keep them. This place is worth checking out!

I love it here. Management is great. Maintenance is comes right away when work is requested. If water is going to be turned off temporarily we get notified in advanced. My grass is always well kept. I love the app to pay my bills and request maintenance. I’m not moving unless I’m ready for buy a house. I love the location connivence. It’s close to the highway and everything is near by.

The property manager is great! The apartments however, not so much. You're paying an exorbitant amount of money for location location location, not the apartment itself. The neighborhood is quiet & tranquil, the grounds are well kept. Diverse neighbors & local school classrooms are small with TA's.During September when outside temperatures plummet to the low 40's, be prepared to heat your apartment with an alternate heat source. Snow removal in parking lots and roadways are immediate & thorough, however common walkways & sidewalks are SLOW, and at times won't be removed until late afternoon or not at all. You may request a bag of salt to use as needed, which is a necessary perk. The appliances are 20+ years old and will not replaced unless they cannot be duct taped or Gorilla Glued back together. When they do decide to replace your broken down appliance, it's another piece of used junk from another apartment or storage. The walls are like tissue paper (if your neighbor sneezes, you can hear it), Running water through the pipes is very loud.Overall you may like it here. ??♀️

Moved in recently and wanted to share my thoughts on Netcong Heights. First, the cost to benefit ratio is pretty decent given how close you are to shopping and retail, major highways, medical care, mass transit, etc. It's North Jersey so nothing is cheap, but my apartment came with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Parking is not assigned (thank goodness). Every staff member I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful including maintenance when one of my keys wouldn't work. Could the complex use some more trees/flowers and general landscaping TLC? Sure. Is the Netcong school district stellar? Eh. But all in all it's a nice place and I can barely hear my neighbors so bonus!

The maintenance workers are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I lived above the rental office and had infants who were unable to nap because of how loud the people in the office were. All day long they would slam in and out of the office. The doors were slammed so hard that my apartment would actually shake at times. I called to ask them to please stop slamming doors and I was told they would try to be mindful, which they weren’t. I then asked the maintenance worker who slammed out of the office to please stop slamming the door. He then gave me attitude and mumbled under his breath. The workers are disrespectful, rude, and couldn’t careless. They also will try and keep as much of your security deposit as they possibly can. Horrible place to live! I would definitely never recommend living here. There are so many other apartments. Go anywhere but here! I also experienced a mold problem in my one apartment here. Their solution was to simply paint over it.... it ruined my couch and some other items. They took some money off rent but it was so not worth the inconvenience of destroyed items and having to move to a different apartment within the complex. The office used to have great workers but I am not a fan of how things are run now.

It's a great place to live and nice and quiet! The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful and has only been good to me! Laundry rooms in almost every other building are always open. Rent increases are fair yearly and maintenance comes as soon as you need them! Been living there over 6 years!
