Was looking for a storm door for the house, went to a few stores but no one really helped. Met an associate named Sean Okeefe in the woodworking department and he was a huge help, knew his product and although the store didn't have my door he directed me to the nearest store that did.

Came looking for storage bins. Says there's 16 in stock on their website. The aisle they are suppose to be in only had 2 bins without lids. Asked 3 different workers who didn't bother to help us locate them around the store and kept shrugging off their duty. Thanks for wasting our gas and time. Lazy staff. Don't recommend.

I went there for some things .When I approached a couple of associates they were busy talking about who knows what but I felt snubbed when I asked where something was.The best part was at the self check out like.The 4 lazy ass women weren't paying attention to the registers but doing their own thing like oblivious to whats going on in the store.My advise to management is to fire 25% of the workers ,the customer service won't improve but the bottom line will be thicker.....P.S. they are figuring how to sue the store while on company time

Visited the store twice to try to get some indoor outdoor carpeting. First time didn't have an in stock. Second time we couldn't get in touch with anyone to help us for a half hour place is definitely understaffed. really cut into my fishing time.

The staff here at this home depot is the worst. It's like the hide from the customers, or even worse flat out ignore them. But the photo of their "head of customer service" was the worst. Outright rude. She even stoppes me from asking for help from another worker. Yelling at me have a nice day from out of nowhere. I am taking my business elsewhere (few thousand a month).

Recently purchased washer and dryer the washer General Electic does NOT drain correct. So I called the Neptune NJ store where I purchased the machines one week before . Told by Phil (manage) I could not return them. Customer service at this store is nonexistent!! Good Luck if you by from them.

They certainly have more in stock than New York City Home Depots. It's located across the street from the Walmart and near the wawa.

Used curbside pickup to get a couple of things that they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to have delivered.... I have to say, these were big bulky items and they guys were able to help load into the SUV, not damage the car and tie down the back for us - I have to say, they earned a star back.

5 stars BECAUSE this is the best of all the Home Depot's! And they should be recognized! Help everywhere great store! Everywhere I turned on a Saturday morning I saw an orange Home Depot employee apron! All friendly and helpful. Shelves packed and well stocked. And clean and ORGANIZED shelves!! I had to get 4 shelves cut and then later I needed something else cut. Normally that would be a 45 minute process. In both cases wood was cut right away and with 2 different employees. When I am trying to find a certain grill or patio set and my local stores when they are out of product this Neptune store always has it and they send me here. The King of the Home Depot's!

Terrible. Plants are in rough shape. No control at check out. Sadly this seems to be typical of Home Depot. Try buying from local small businesses.

My husband and I purchased an entire whirlpool appliance package from Home Depot Neptune. The delivery was on time , but when they went to install dishwasher they said they weren't allowed to install because the pipe was copper ,so Thdishwasher was not installed by them. As for the refrigerator it worked wonderful the next week, but the freezer portion stopped running, the ice maker stopped, all My food started to melt. We called whirlpool they sent a technician out he said he had to order a part another 3-5 days. Called whirlpool back very unconcerned. Went back to Home Depot, they said since we did not report in 48 hours we cannot return. Meanwhile we cannot use the freezer part. As for the dishwasher we had to pay someone else to do what we already paid for. If you need major appliances DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT NEPTUNE unless you have $$ to waste! This is not even worth 1 star. This will also be reported to the better business bureau, because it's not right!!!

I live pretty close to the depot in Neptune. It's hit or miss. Sometimes you have all the help you need, other times your feel like your the only one in the place and everyone is on break. I still go there I just look on the app for what aisle the product I need is in before I go. I would much rather go to the one in Brick but again Neptune is closer. Everyone I do find in there is nice when you find them and ask them a question. I've also run into the "expert" in whatever dept and turns out I knew more than they did. That happened a couple of times. Felt like I should work there, maybe help them turn it around.

Zero stars if I could. customer service. I received the worst treatment by any associates in any kind of retail situation in the Garden Department tonight at 8 PM on a Saturday night. I was trying to buy some mulch which is located in the parking lot which they told me was closed at 8 o'clock. then I proceeded inside to load up my own mulch and proceeded to the checkout when I tried to check out they told me that The cash register is now closed only credit then there is four people behind me proceed to go in front of me. not that anyone that works there would've corrected and felt with the situation correct would said to me sir you can go right here and I'll check you out. they both stood there and watched people check out. Then I have an associate trying to come in the store in between me and another customer at the checkout counter trying to push two large carts that they carry wood on and almost running my feet over putting me in an uncomfortable situation along with my wife and if you want to treat people like that next time I will just run you over with my cart and I will say I work here because that's how I felt. if that is the way you want to do business in this day and age then you should go ahead and keep doing it like this. I will never ever ever ever go back to the Neptune Home Depot. I live down the street from the Neptune Home Depot and as far as I'm concerned I feel like I was discriminated against because of my race /ethnicity. I asked for a manager and they proceeded to ignore me. I asked again for a manager and they just looked at me with a blank stare. I then took my items through the store all the way down to the checkout lines and checked myself out of the store. I told your associates there that that will be the last sale they get from me at this store I will never go there again. if you want to waste your time then you should go there and spend your money because if wasting your time is what you want to do then go to the Neptune Home Depot is great for you!. I left your store called your manager and complained. customer service in this store is awful you deserve to get zero stars. If you want to ask me about this online then go ahead but call your store and get it from them because it is documented. you keep treating people like this then when I see somebody from Neptune Home Depot come into my business I'll look the other way to.
