Moved into the area in 2016 and started using this CVS. I must say that management/ownership of this store needs a MAJOR lesson in simple customer relations and courtesy. Shelves are regularly understocked with many items NEVER available. Tried calling several times on several occasions, sometimes at their request for medical information, and I can't speak to anyone and have to leave a message. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. There is enough apathy and callous indifference in the world today and I DO NOT need it from my pharmacist on whom I rely for needed prescriptions. This store is the epitome of profits over service and is THE WORST customer experience I have ever seen. Sadly, there are many really good people working in the pharmacy, and they are unfortunately being "marked by the company they keep". Caveat Emptor.

Tried calling the pharmacy because I had a question and it prompted me to enter my phone number. impossible to get a live person at this pharmacy.

Tried to call in to pick something up at drive-through. No luck. That was too bad since I'm currently on crutches. Self-pay kiosks seemed the fastest, but they got hung up. This was frustrating.

Choose this pharmacy when we moved down here a couple of years ago. It was convenient to home, etc.Have had nothing but trouble and delays and excuses as to why my prescription is not ready. I think in the 2 plus years if getting prescriptions filled, one maybe 2 have been ready when I went to pick it up. After getting one or 2 text messages saying they were ready. All the staff has is excuse after excuse as to why it’s not ready! Will start to look for a new pharmacy!

The only reason for three stars is because the store usually has everything I need. Now and again, something might be out of stock but that is to be expected. My rating is dragged down because of the pharmacy. It’s ridiculous getting in touch with CVS. Very frustrating. Why does it need to be so difficult getting a human being on the phone? More often than not having to call multiple times. I don’t know whether their phone system hangs up after a particular amount of time in queue so their “numbers” don’t look bad or the staff get sick of hearing the announcement of how many calls are in the queue and hang them all up. I have made four phone calls within the last hour. The first phone call I was on hold for 26 minutes and it hung up. Two more calls were subsequently in queue for a while then hung up. The last call I was only in queue for four or five minutes at which point it sounded like someone picked up then hung up. I called back a fifth time and now it says they are closed for lunch. I guess I matter, huh? Very frustrating. I guess they think I have nothing better to do with my time. Walgreens???

I use this CVS for everything, especially the pharmacy. They always have medications that are hard to get, back-ordered or that have shortages. I always deal with the two gentlemen in the pharmacy. One has glasses and one is tall with dark hair. They are both exceptional when it comes to pharmacy operations. They are patient, informative, friendly, they remember me and my meds whether it’s in person or on the phone and always give my daughter a lollipop and ask me first! They have a sense of humor which I appreciate.They don’t give me a hard time about asking for OTC items via drive thru and when I go inside, they deal with every customer in the nicest manner and never judge! The store itself is well-stocked with ulta products like olaplex, skincare, makeup…for the same price (prices also comparable to Amazon)! They have an all natural beauty section which are hard to find. My only critique is sometimes you have to wait if you don’t use self-checkout and need something up front behind the counter. All employees are nice and helpful!

The store is about a 3.5/4 stars, but I'm giving 5 stars for the Pharmacy department. Jerry, the pharmacist, is amazing! He makes sure to acknowledge all the customers and gets to know them by name. Even in such a busy work environment, he gives each customer time and personal attention, and does not rush through helping them. Mike (sorry don't know his title) is always pleasant when you come through the drive thru or into the store. He is quick when getting your ready medications and processing payments. There are other pharmacists/pharmacy techs/workers that are there as well and they are also very pleasant and as a a group, they make this process smooth :-)

We have always had a great experience at this CVS location-knowledgeable and friendly staff from the pharmacist to the young man who is often at the register. It’s worth a ride to this location!

We have just purchased some packed Medicine at this location. Opened package and found that someone had tampered package of Advil. Instead of 40 Caplets found only 10 in it plus some other caplets.Went to pharmacy and spoke to girls behind pharmacy counter, but they didn't want to listen anything and told me call the manufacturer since it's their issue without even noticing that both medications inside the box is not from the same manufacturer.They both , associates behind the counter seem to me very unfriendly person.Please see pics what I have received inside package of Advil.

I always use this CVS for my prescriptions. Everyone is always so helpful. This evening Michael took very good care of me. I just had a minor surgery and opted to wait for my medication in my car. He said no problem I’ll take care of it, come to the drive-thru in 20 mins. I pulled up in the drive-thru and my meds were ready. How wonderful. Thank you, Michael, for helping me feel better. ❤️
