This vendor was selected by my mom's insurance company to tow her vehicle to a designated repair shop less than a mile away from the pick up location. On the way to the shop, the tow truck broke down and the driver decided, without consulting my mother, to drop her car off at a different repair shop. My mom found out about this situation when she received a call from the repair shop, no one from Bennett's Auto Recovery notified her about the screw up. My mom incurred an additional tow charge to have her vehicle towed to the correct location AND because it was a long holiday weekend, her vehicle had to stay at the wrong repair shop for 4 days until her designated repair shop opened again for business. Poor judgement and customer service from Bennett's Auto Recovery warrants a 0 out of 5 review. Would not recommend their services.

Needed a tow and they arrived withing 20 min it was amazing! As a multiple vehicle operatior in this area it is good to know we can rely on a company to show up and service our vehicles promptly and get the towed without incident to the repair facility. Thank you again Bennett's Auto Recovery

We needed emergency towing for my husband's truck. Service was prompt, professional and pleasant. Bennett's made us feel secure and much needed stability under the circumstance. We would always recommend Bennett's if you want the best towing company in our area !!!

We recently were referred to this service and our problem turned out to be a false alarm. The driver, whose name we neglected to get, was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke to his boss via phone who showed us kind consideration. No one wants to be towed but because of our experience with this company we highly recommend them and would absolutely call them again if the need arises.

Jerry was absolutely so kind when helping me retrieve an impounded vehicle due to quarantining in another state during Covid for several months. Was on their lot for a long time and needed to be taken to a shop. Quick service and friendly team helped tow my car to an auto shop after to get it tuned up. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely horrible place. Had one of their drivers block an entire road because he thought he was a police officer and impeded my ability to gain access to a public road. It's a shame that people with only a high school diploma feel the need to act like they have more authority than then actually do. I was on my way to see my grandmother in the hospital and some rather large, simple looking man had just put a truck on the bed and when I attempted to drive by he half blocked the road and told me to take a left Bc "the road was closed ahead" it was not. When I asked him to please move so I could see my grandmother, he put the tow truck at a slant so I could not go up Stockton in ocean grove. He delayed me by 20 minutes all because he thought he had authority. And I have the full video, so before you delete my post again, Yelp, why don't you ask for evidence so people can avoid this sh*t company.
