Who enjoys buying a car? It is a dreaded necessity but this place was very different. This was a great car buying experience! Prices are clear and simple: Car price, fees & taxes. Our salesman, Isaac, was helpful and courteous, we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Prices are constantly checked against their competitors and updated daily. They honor their website prices. (Which were always cheaper in our experience!) We will be back.
Upstate July 2024: Just bought our 3rd car from WorldVW. Worked with Steven who was excellent. The whole process from start to finish was easy and Steven answered all of our questions with no pressure at any time. He was very accommodating letting us look at and test drive multiple vehicles until we made our decision. We'll be back again on the future!

I had left a 5 star review. The sales process was on point..then the headache and horror story began. Month one on a temporary plate, plate expired sent a new temporary plate. Month two plate expired now told they can't find the title for my vehicle. So why am I driving around a vehicle that the title isn't found? And why am I losing out on $300-450 a week in extra UBER ,income?! Had an attorney call them and they forwarded his call just to hang up and never call back. Monday morning will be contacting Volkswagen corporate offices to find out how there is an affiliated dealership with no supervisor or manager who ever calls back! After that will be filing for lost wages due to incompetence on their registration department.

Helped a friend buy a car because she had a horrible experience at another VW dealer. From the start our salesperson Kevin was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The management team was also very helpful and honest. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend World VW.
