This place used to me a lot better when there was a man running the show that was I think he was shortish the place used to run a lot better when he was running the show now there's a female manager that the other day verbally attacked me and almost jumped over the counter due to a misunderstanding of words I used to be a favored customer there but after the way that she treated me I might never go back

They know that I'm trans and even though my name is changed on some things that's not changed on others but they have always gone by my preferred name and I prefer to go here because they accept me for me and it actually makes me feel like it's worth going and it's worth keeping yourself like able to get the medicines to keep yourself alive

Very disappointing with the current management. My prescription was called in I went there they had my antibiotics ready and said that was all. One month later a delivery man came to my address called my phone and said he had medicine to deliver. I told him it had not been to the doctor so it’s not mine. But it’s my name and date of birth. I sent it back. Then I decided to do see the pharmacist who confirmed its mi e and medication sitting there for one Month. I told him it’s totally UNACCEPTABLE I could have died one month ago if it was a serious nature. Just as they count call after one month and deliver WHY NIT REACH OUT TI PATIENTS TO INFORM THERE IS MEDICATION. The pharmacist said they have a number of meds not picked up.I can imagine so after such a unacceptable service. Sorry

Scary place... Greeting cards are all folded over. They have barely any inventory of standard over the counter items like band aids, tylenol etc.

Quite disappointing after my precriptions were electronically filled today!.Jay, the pharmacist had informed me when it would be conveinent for him, to pick up my scripts either July 4th or July 5th.Whenever day he chooses to be open!Either way clients will have past due scripts by that time! Hopefully, all of my scripts including including the one for my husband will be in .So therefore, I can pick them all up together next month!???

Was informed by a mother-in-law of mine Liz , that Jay the pharmacist @ West Lake Pharmacy, in Neptune Township, NJ 07753.told her to inform me my scripts are in.He can't call me to let me know which medications I'm picking up.Dr Prince Ukonu, pcp, or Dr.Bennett from Aberdeen, NJ 07747.The pharmacist Jay has my cellphone # on file , why didn't even to bother to contact me in regards to my scripts & from whom.
