This Wawa is so dirty and staffed with people who clearly would rather goof off or hang out with people that come in to talk to them. Not to mention if you come here at night it’s a hot mess filled with people fighting and being loud. I was doing something nearby and stopped here for Convience even though I dread coming here. I cannot believe how absolutely dirty this location is. There are two other Wawa’s nearby on 66 and the other on Shafto that are well worth the drive for much better and clean service. Walked right in and saw how filthy everything was and the sandwich makers were too busy flirting with people and not paying any attention to the people who ordered food that weee standing there. I walked right out. The one star is for the gas attendants who are working hard in this heat while everyone inside goofs off. Just go to the other wawas, don’t waste your time here.

Every time I come in and order a frozen drink it’s always incorrect. I hit special order for a reason so you make the drink without even having a conversation about the special order it was a line of ppl in the store to check out the drink was made twice and it was the most horrible looking drink ever. So my drink was made wrong and my food was too will I be returning absolutely not.

Three times they've made my orders wrong. (Forgetting items, making wraps and sandwiches wrong etc) I finally say something today and the manager just says "sorry". Photo proof that my sandwich was completely incorrect and he didn't even give my money back or offer an alternative.
Example: wrap in the photo was supposed to be a chicken Ceasars salad wrap... where's the Ceasar salad???

I go to this wawa regularly and the amount of times they have made my sandwich incorrectly is frustrating. Yesterday I had no condiments when I ordered mustard. When I tried again today my sandwich was DRENCHED in chipotle sauce, not mustard. Please be more mindful.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Kylie. I used to work as an assistant manager for Wawawa’s. I truly believe she belongs in your training program. Personality is out of this world. However, my cream cheese bagel with cucumber tomato gets a zero the bagels were not fully formed. Fully cooked was not cut in half cucumbers, looked very soggy and old, as well as the tomatoes, looked unfresh and old and very soggy cream cheese, barely any on itstaff in the back making the food could’ve been a little bit more or had a little bit more personality

It was great that they were open on Thanksgiving Day as most if not all eating places were closed.They didn't have any seating inside but that was fine too.

Ordered a BLT with no L or T. Extra bacon. It’s LOADED with onions to cover up the fact they put lettuce on it. I have sensory and texture issue and think lettuce taste like dirt. I could smell it before I even opened the sandwich. Not to mention my gf paid for extra bacon which there was not. They prob brushed it off tryna wipe away the lettuce thag they used a handful of onions on each side. Also the outside of my roll had globs of Mayo stuck to it. I didn’t order Mayo. It’s foul. I’ve worked for wawa before and this is lazy and unacceptable. Whoever made my sandwich and my gf’s clearly doesn’t like their job. Idc if it’s lunch rush. Food is MADE TO ORDER. It’s not hard to read a tv screen that literally walks you thru step by step to make each sandwich. Disgusting. Everytime I get food or made to order drinks it’s wrong. DO BETTER.

I WAS going to move near this store (never been). That was until a friend of mine showed me something on another site that was sexual in nature and VERY inappropriate! Calling corporate was a joke, nobody there really cared (so it seemed). I asked for upper management, told the front line agent the situation, and call center supervisor REFUSED TO TAKE THE CALL!! I then asked for Human Resources and they also REFUSED TO TAKE THE CALL!!. I was transferred back to the frontline agent. Told them the situation and asked why didn't HR take the call, since eventually it will be going to their department anyway! I asked for a callback, and........ STILL WAITING! I have kids, and suggest anyone reading this think about buying from someplace else other than WAWA. Like Raymond stated in his review Quik Chek is 2 miles away. Seeing that post and Wawa's lack of immediate action is outrageous! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
