I could not locate nail polish remover, so I asked the guy at the register. He said, “oh I can’t help you right now.“
So, I went back to ask the woman in the pharmacy.
She was on the phone, I waited and waited and waited.
She never even asked me, how can I help you?
So I walked to the front of the store, started to walk out and said, “no nail polish.”
And the man at the register said, “Oh, I’m sorry.“!
Last time I go in that store!

Very surprised by the attitude of the Pharmacy's older lady confirming a medication very rough and rude way of asking even though I had no clue what was she referring to. One young lady was way nicer. Staff probably need training in customer service and communication skills. Definitely changing my regular location because of that!

There's only like one or two friendly workers here, the rest of them act like you're and inconvenience for having them do their jobs. They always have an attitude and cut me off when I'm talking. It's seriously annoying and there's always some sort of problem or delay with my medications. But I keep going here because it's down the street from my house lol.

I have to go to this pharmacy a lot, I've been going here for years now. The pharmacists are quick and efficient and when I've needed a coupon before I got insurance they always helped with that. I don't know what else you could ask for from a pharmacy, everywhere is understaffed. They do a great job, thank you to all the pharmacists at walgreens on rt 66 in neptune ?

The pharmacy tech on Saturday is great everyone else is horrible. You can never reach anybody on the phone and the pharmacist is rude.

The customer service at the Pharmacy SUCKS!!! I don't think they ever heard the saying "A smile goes a long way" I think they fail to realize and take into consideration that ppl come to them because they are picking up medication because they are sick or they need a vaccination. From what I experienced and saw this morning I will NEVER come back here to get my Flu shot. Even the person who gave me the flu shot was curt/unfriendly. I wanted to ask them did somebody die because that's the demeanor they had. And what makes matters worst is that they wasn't even that busy so I can't even use that as an excuse. PLEASE for the sake of humanity, retrain your staff because a smile is FREE and in the business that they are in, they need to remember the person on the other side of the counter is oftentimes struggling with health issues and if they can't bring 5 seconds of joy with a free smile, patience, compassion etc then they should go work for machines or something that doesn't have feelings!!!!

Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had. I literally just pulled away and am appalled by the way I was treated. I am a regular customer at this pharmacy and the tech was so rude. I kindly told her that I was dropping off a prescription. I needed to pick one up for myself as well and would do so when the one I was dropping off was ready. So rude eyes rolling told me it wasn’t ready that they put it back after 12 days. She continued to ask me if I received a phone call to pick it up?? Ma’am, listen I get maybe you’re having a bad day but I owe you zero explanation. If the script is not ready to be picked up…fill it and let me know when it is. I’m not here to argue with you. Wow ?

Horrible Pharmacy. I waited in my car in line for 35 min. Mind you there were two cars ahead of me. I parked and went in, was in line for another 30 min. When I got up to the counter gave her my name she walked away and started helping someone else. Well needless to say I went crazy. I asked for the pharmacist she said well were very busy. I said I have eyes and can see that. Does that mean everyone turns on a bitch switch and treat customer with such disrespect. She shrugged I said stick that B*tch stick where the sun don't shine and left.
