I called this place as t 1:30 to ask about a tire replacement, and if they would still be there and me be able to drop it off at 4:30. They said yes, I got there at 4:42, and they were not there.

I wish Google rankings had an option for 6 stars instead of only 5 stars because Ultimate Family Car Care/Tire Works+ has earned them. No doubt about it!!! In my most recent experience, I can say I trust Ultimate Family Car Care/Tire Works+ because they were honest about what needed to be done to fix my SUV, and over delivered on those expectations. My SUV actually runs better than it did before it started having the problems that made me take it to them is the first place! The owners really are like family, they are honorable and genuinely care about how their customers feel about their experience with them. Use their services, they are the best!

I've worked with Frank and Eileen too many times for my wallet's sake, but each time one of my vehicles needs work, they take the time to explain everything UP-FRONT, so there's no surprises later. Each time I've had to work with them, it was easy to schedule and easy to pick up. I recently had an experience at a large dealership for service, and while its nice to have a loaner car, and fresh bagels and drinks, when I got the written service receipt, I almost fainted! I'd rather buy my own breakfast and have Ultimate Family Car Care save me hundreds of $$! Thanks to them, all of my vehicles are on the road, running well!

My job is to drive. I'm on the road constantly, so you can imagine my dismay when my transmission started acting up, and I couldn't figure out why. The guys at Tire Works Plus were unbelievable in explaining exactly what went wrong, and the plan of action to get me back on the road. They were flexible with me as far as holding my car until I was ready to pay for my services. I never felt pressured, or overwhelmed, rather, I felt well taken care of, and relaxed. These guys are awesome, and I am back on the road, worry free!

For a year or two, now, the mechanic at Tire Works (corner of Fortunato Place and Route 33, 1 block west of Rt. 18) has been the same man who has been servicing my cars for YEARS. He is very good, thorough, and honest. His wife runs the office and is great at getting used parts at rock-bottom prices. When a supplier has no delivery service, she will even going herself to fetch them herself. She'll pick you up or drop you off (locally, of course) if you need a lift when you leave your car there for service. These are good, honest people who deserve your business. The few mistakes this mechanic has made over the years (including before he worked at Tire Works) he corrected promptly, with no argument, and at no charge. The ONLY downside is that they're both Polish and speak English with an accent. Sometimes you have to listen closely to understand them, especially on the phone. It's worth the trouble -- believe me!
