They had an extremely wide selection of products, all the way from vapes to incense and devices, the people behind the counter are always very knowledgeable and I appreciate the owner for always trying to give me the best deal. Will be coming back for sure

Good selection of vapes and insence. But most importantly awesome customer service. Heena was kind enough not to give me a hard time about replacing a faulty vape I had bought yesterday, even though I didn't save the receipt. She is so nice and personable and made our shopping experience very pleasant. I and my boyfriend will only go there from now on for smoke needs?

Great selection, great people great prices! Always willing to help and explain and suggest items. I bought a faulty pod and went back and explained and showed them the faulty pod (leaking) still in unopened pack. After discussing this with the owner he agreed to replace my item free of charge. Good customer service.

Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy products from anyone but this place. Device came defective and was charged for replacement parts the same day I bought a device here. Because " we are trying ro run a business here". Well good luck with that I hope the extra $5 sale was worth losing a couple customers. It's not about the price it's about doing the right thing for a customer who has been going to both of your stores for a few years and just spent $60 on something that broke within minutes . . . I won't be back
