I just picked up my 2013 Altima from Shore Collision in Neptune, and I can't believe it's the same car! From start to finish this was the best customer service that I've ever had the pleasure to experience. They ordered the parts and in less than a week made my car look brand new, inside and out!Thanks to Scott and Maria (and Ann the Boss). I'll be sure to send people your way!

I had work done on my 1996 Cobra few years ago but wasn’t much for reviewing , but after I saw a 1 star rating , and why,not because of work done, but because INSURANCE COMPANY only approves of recycled parts . Now , after reading, seems like customer was very happy with cars completion, but had issue it part not fitting right, so, Shop negotiated for customer, got a better part, and apparently was thanking everyone for great job…. I was very happy with work done on my car, extra time n effort waiting on quality parts, and even making suggestions. Such as best looking lights , etc.So, if work is done to your liking, give PROPER REVIEW FOR IT. . THEN go to your insurance company n give them a 1 star review, giving 1 star can hurt a company that actually satisfied you look bad.Reason for my post n thoughts is because did such good job last time, i needed to post this review, but, also, my cars going in for work in a week, because they did great job first time, so I am going back to finish what needs to be done! I needed body work to my Lexus is300. I was recommend to them from my insurance company. When I called the receptionist was informative and answers all my question. An appt was made right away for an estimate. It was sent to me the next day with all the details. The parts were ordered and re right Ed in a couple day. I was notified to drip the car off. I did and all was ready within two days. The workman ship was excellent and all went extremely well. The staff were friendly and I informative. I made the right choice working with Shore Collision. Had an appointment to fix my call appointment was canceled and received the run around very rude. People left me waiting there 4 over one hour and still unable to fix the car would not recommend this place,

Scott and tram are amazing! Brought my SUV in twice, once for an accident and next one for a paint job to black out my truck. No one better in the area!!!

Most body shops are using after market parts, forced by insurance companies. Problem is these parts rarely fit especially trim panels, if you don't notice it your screwed !! Thank God I noticed it and made them replace it with original parts .

We had a great experience with this shop. They had our car ready in just a few days. We needed a new door. The part was there when they told us it would be and the service was amazing. Great is an understatement. every one there was kind and helpful. the turn around time was faster than I thought. i got my car back and you can't till there was damage.
