I bought my car just over a year ago and was due for service I had been going by the miles on the vehicle not realizing the terms of the service agreement were within 12 months. After contacting George H my sales associate, leaving a message and never getting a call back after almost 2 weeks knowing my appt was coming up I called again a few times and then thankfully got in touch with the right people. Danny F (sales manager) was nice enough to take care of the rotation and oil change even though I was 3 weeks past but the best part was Antoine in service! He was so nice and refreshing and even checked for a possible recall on the vehicle! Also kept me in the loop during my appointment and went over everything in detail with me the car was clean and all covered, Made me feel like a valued customer.

I am very pleased with the service at Sansone Jrs Kia in Neptune. Whether it’s been regular “maintenance” or, most recently, for a “recall” service, the service reps have been courteous, informative and have treated me as if i were their most important customer! They get you in and out as quickly as possible and they provide frequent text updates as to when the vehicle should be ready. I want to recognize Antoine in the Kia/Mitsubishi service department. He was thorough and very helpful in getting my necessary “recall” repair finished promptly!

Took my Kia in for recall servicing. Olivia kept me up to date and was nice enough to provide a Lyft ride to another appointment I had. She was super friendly and helpful. The staff in general were very nice. Waiting area is nice.

Very rude manager, Paul something I think, in the dealership. And his refusal to work with me on a service and leasing issue. I met the elder Mr. Sansone years ago, and he was a nice gentleman. His legacy did not extend to this manager

The initial problem was completely solved, plus a full diagnostic was carried out free of charge. All additional needs, such as car rental and taxi, were taken into account.. Elizabeth (Lisa), my technical advisor in the service department, was great: prompt, efficient, and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.

Had my first maintenance with my Kia seltos yesterday. Olivia was the rep who handled me in the service department and she was absolutely so knowledgeable and helpful and sweet as well! Highly recommend!

Hda a great experience with the service departmant. After getting a screw in my tire. Ugh the car only has 2000 miles. But I was able to schedule service right away. In the service department it was a pleasure to be working with Olivia. She kept me up to date while waiting in the service lounge.
