UNBELIEVABLY RUDE !!!!!!the front desk cashier young girl with a horrendous attitude!!!!!!Danielle maybe? we were told not to pronounce it wrong?what work in customer service when you are obviously so miserable and can't stand your job or the people you are serving....literally throwing the merchandise at me and slamming everything down...put ice on top of all the cards and not to mention when i questioned why i didn't get the 75 off that it said "well you didn't put your number in how would i know your number"
My mother was right behind me in line and before i could even say a word she said " whats wrong with this girl"? why is she so rude?

Horrible customer service! The young girl, Diane might be her name, was SO RUDE! She treated me as if I was interrupting her personal phone call, but she made sure to finish her text or whatever before ringing me up. Disappointed. Rite aide used to be great. A smile and manners go a long way.

So acrually I love this place and most of the employees I adore. The one star is for the nasty cashier with the beautiful blue eyes. He gets 1 star for being a really poor human being! I'm there all the time HOWEVER, tonight I used the atm which didn't dispense cash yet money was still removed from my account; I mentioned it to the cashier who threw is hands up and was like I have nothing to do with that call the number. So I turn complaining to myself about this machine to hear this person make a snarky comment about how I should stop using the atm. Then when I needed the address he was nasty, spouting it out with such attitude as if I did something wrong! Thanks for the great customer service douche bag! Needless to say tomorrow when I'm there I'll also be complaining to the manager!!!!

The Rite Aid in Neptune have the rudest pharmacy staff!! Had to drive 45 mins to pick up an Rx not only were they outright rude they announced they were closing for lunch at 1:26. We were online at 1:22. They're lunch is at 1:30. She said her computer said it's 1:30. Then we were told very rudely we were lucky our rx was ready. Rude and nasty not just to us but to all the customers! How about taking the customers that are online at that moment and if the script is ready give it out if not we understand you have to wait. You definitely need new pharmacy staff and and also your lack of time management and setting your computer 4 mins ahead is not our problem. Definitely get new staff who can announce politely but care about their customers. This store you should close down. Horrible!

Bc of Patel .. I would give them 0 stars. She is condescending and rude. The worst part is that you have to call and call to get your medication filled. I was also looked at like I was a drug seeker.They'll also give you trouble with your Medicare or Medicaid insurance and make you jump through hoops. Also, the employee Marleni needs to be fired.The assistant manager is ok. But, marginally.

The service was excellent. The checkout person was fast, helpful, and very courteous. I would go back just for the good service.The items I purchased were on sale at good prices also.

The cashier should have given me her professional and undivided attention instead of focusing all her attention on the other associate who was gossiping about other associates. She didn't give me my coupons after they printed, I had to ask her to put my phone number in to get the sale price. Customer Service is not that difficult. All it requires is some effort.
