All the employees there are very helpful, and very nice.. the gym and the bathroom facilities are always clean, and the equipment is more than adequate and well maintained.

Kind of messed up. I moved away and they won’t let me cancel over the phone without coming in. I explained and they said they still can’t do anything. So it’s been incredibly annoying. On top of all that don’t have good amenities. Small gym that always has a wait time on equipment.

An absolutely TERRIBLE, unaccommodating, poor, and frankly money-hungry experience trying to cancel my membership. Back in November I put my membership on a freeze as I was headed out of state. I explained I may be moving once the freeze is up. They said no problem, whenever I'm back to stop in and cancel the membership. NO ONE informed me of the timeframe that I needed to come in and that I would be charged for months when I wasn't there (as I was also informed I could only freeze up to two months). When I finally made it back to the club to cancel, I was told my membership would cancel after I paid for the month of January (in which I won't be at the club). No one at the club was able to help me get this payment canceled or even reimbursed, so I called their financial partner. They told me to talk to the manager at the club, but no manager at the club was listed on the financial database. They then called the club for me and said there was nothing they could do, the club policy is policy, they will not reimburse me. Furthermore, they could not share the name of the manager to me.I have never felt more disregarded by an establishment that "values their customers". If you valued your customers you'd understand their situations and at least give them some sort of credit. And you'd at least share your manager names with customers. I used to see who I assume is the manager at the club every day! But now when it comes to money, It is policy and no wiggle room or human empathy. Frankly, I'm disappointed I ever signed up.
