IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST COME TO THIS LOCATION EVERYONE HAS A ATTITUDE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! All of the styles are old and the place is dirty smh the other locations are so much better this place puts a shame to the rainbow name yuck.I’m only giving a star because I have to!

Decent clothes for the price. I go to several Rainbow shops in New Jersey I have to say the 1 in Neptune and Freehold the ladies are very nice. There is 1 lady in the Neptune store that is a pleasure to see when you walk in thw store she is so friendly. Nice styles. Good selection.

I heard the workers complaining because I walked in as soon as they opened... then when I go to pay , the girl says to the other , wanna ring her up? And the other replys "not really" . Rude !

The clothes are not sized properly. I had to return most of what I purchased because everything was too small. Some of the employees aren't too nice or friendly. It doesn't take much effort to greet a customer.
