I will not recommend this business. I wish had taken the time to read the reviews before using them. I took my dress that I had worn to a previous wedding to be cleaned to wear to another wedding. I dropped it off on a Monday and I asked the gentleman that attended to me if it would be ready by Thursday and he assured me that it would be. I was unable to pick it up on Thursday so I went on Friday morning instead and was told that my dress wasn't ready. Not only was it not ready but I was told that the cleaning is done in Middletown and when he did his usual daily pick up my dress had not been cleaned as yet. I told the gentleman that I needed my dress whether it was ready or not because I along with my family had to drive out of state for the wedding. He had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to go to Middletown to pick up my dress to which I replied I dropped it of here and you need to go get it and bring it back here. He then told me he is going to get it and to come back in 2 hours to pick it up. About 3 hours later I called and was told that he was back with the dress. I asked him twice if it was dry cleaned and he said thar it was. I had my son to pick it up and since we were already delayed I just put it in the car and off we went. When we got there and I took the dress out of the plastic I saw that it was not cleaned and had the same being in the closet for some time smell that it had and the deodorant marks and also a round spot it had on the shoulder. The bottom line is I had to clean it the best way I could. I also went to Walmart and bought a bottle of febreeze to freshen it up. When I got back home I called to ask for a refund and was told the manager will give me a call later that day, however I did not receive a call. As a matter of fact I called a couple other times and was told I would get a call back but did not receive any. I then called my credit card company and explained what had happened. They immediately refunded my card and I hope they went after them to get back the money.

I have used this local dry cleaners almost all my life. It has recently been under new ownership and the new owners are still the amazing. From my experience they are professional and always on time. The workers are young and deserve your business. I will continue using them and so should you!

do not do business with this cleaners. they lost my brand new cashmere and wool blend brown jacket.first they promised it would be ready 11/3. i went there to pick it up. it wasn't there, and then then when i returned for it 11/22 they said they couldn't find it!!! that jacket was brand new. tags still on it, and it was $1000!!!i still do not have my coat and will file a police report for stolen merchandise if they do not return it. please save your time and money and go to the cleaners on Sylvania Ave in Neptune City. At least they are professional, prompt, and courteous. I repeat I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT AND SUE THEM IF THEY DO NOT RETURN MY COAT!

FRAUDULENT! Do not use this business. They send my shirt for dry cleaning and the shirt was destroyed. My white shirt came back pink/tan. They told me they would pay me for the shirt. The check they cut me just bounced. So they destroyed my shirt then wrote me a fraudulent check that bounced.

They destroyed my custom dress shirt. They dyed it in the process of cleaning it. Then they said they would reimburse me and cut me a check but then they put a stop on the check. This is a fraudulent business that cannot be trusted.

When they get it right, the quality of the service provided by Rainbow Cleaners is adequate. The issue is they frequently get it wrong, despite the fact that I frequently give them my business. Today (2-17) Rainbow Cleaners appeared open- with its 'Open' sign flashing - but the door was locked and there was a 'back in 5 minutes' sign on the door. After 20 minutes, I gave up. I'll take my business to a place that appreciates the meaning of customer service.

The incompetence of this place is mind blowing. I dropped off my favorite heels to be cleaned for my wedding rehearsal dinner the next week. I was told they would be done the day before I needed them, Friday. I show up Friday and the employee tells me they were never cleaned because they were "tagged wrong" and they didn't know what to do with them. So instead of calling me and confirming I wanted them cleaned (because they had my phone number) they just waited until I showed up to pick them up. Not only that, I couldn't even take them home dirty because they shipped them to another store. They would not be ready until the following week which was after my wedding. The employee told me he would speak with the manager about discounting the service. I let it go and then call them 3 weeks after dropping off (I was told they would call me) when I am home from my honeymoon and ask about the shoes- I wanted to talk with the manager about discounting the service. He was never around and never called me back despite calling every day for over a week. I was also told the shoes were lost as well. My husband went to the store now over 1 month after dropping off the shoes and they were found. The employee said after all of that he did not expect us to pay for the cleaning. We take the packaged shoes home to find that after all that, THEY WERE NEVER CLEANED! They basically held my shoes hostage for over a month, lost them, put a major damper on my wedding weekend, never apologized despite promises that we would hear from the manager, and then never cleaned the shoes. To be honest, I'm pretty laid back and I really value convenience, so despite everything they put me through, if they had just done a complimentary cleaning I would still go there and not be writing this review. But I guess now I have to drive a few miles for another dry cleaner unfortunately.

How does a dry cleaner just decide not to open on a Saturday? I went to pick my suit up for a wedding and it was closed. I called six times. Not one call back. Unprofessional and unapologetic.
