Went to go get a late night snack, went up to the fast food counter and the lady behind the counter right away says to me she is very busy and it’s going to take a long time because there’s a lot of orders ahead of me. Meanwhile, there’s three people in the store I replied sure no problem, I ordered my sub and I walked around the store grabbing some stuff and headed to the cash register to pay for my stuff, everybody in the store got served their food. I stood there for 15 minutes after paying for my stuff waiting and waiting still again no problem. Finally she speaks to me and says there is no marinara sauce. well, I find that hard to believe since the special sub is meatball Parm it was clear From the beginning that she did not want to make my food. Great customer service skills. I will never go back to this QuickChek ever again

Don’t go here early in the morning because the lady behind the counter will be so rude to you just for wanting breakfast @5am. The computers may be on and working, I was using it, but she’ll say they are down so you can’t order food because shes to lazy to do her job and make your order. even if the computer was down she couldve taken my order especially bc I was the only person in there. awful customer service.

8/12/23 at 9:50am I was at the Neptune quickchek and the manager thought she was whispering at the cashier to turn off self check out. there was other customers by the register, and she can’t whisper to save her life not to mention I can read lips. and she says shut down self check out because her cups ring up a soda and not ice coffee (I get my cup from the coffee island) and she doesn’t say anything about it. there has been numerous of times that I told them that the cups are in the wrong spot. to the point where I got tired of saying it, I’m not on a payroll. I shouldn’t have to tell them that their employees are putting the cups in a wrong place every time I’m there and a store has to honor whatever it rings up that’s what I was told by an employee. I felt some type away about the situation and instead of embarrassing the manager as she did me I waited till I got home to call her about the situation. after she heard me out I was silent for a couple of minutes , she said "it wasn’t just you there is customers say that they are doing refills and they’re not... corporate said to turn off self, check out for certain customers." so now I’m thinking certain customers, because I’m half black? I’m there 2 to 3 times a day for a coffee in the morning soda afternoon and a cup of ice at night maybe... and then I said OK but it’s still not my job and I am not on the payroll to make sure that the soda cups are by the soda machine and the coffee cups are by the coffee area. before this incident I would’ve gave QuickChek a whole 10. because I go to the QuickChek in Eatontown, Farmingdale and Neptune. but mostly Neptune I never have a problem, there very nice day talk to you and greet you. but today, with that manager with the red hair goes down to a one. and after this, she’ll probably give me dirty looks when I come in there but again, I’m not on your payroll for me to correct your employees.

I love quickchek. I come here to this location all the time before heading down the beach. Today i decide to get a salad. Everything seem to be fine, a couple wilted pieces i threw out but it didnt bother me. I go to take a bite and before i do that, i see a fucking BUG, WTF????!!!! I've never experienced that with quickchek and it made me lose my appetite. I hope i could get a refund for it but I'll never get anything fresh here ever again!

Left 2 $20 scratch offs on the counter. The cashier held them till I returned. Sorry never got her name but she was and is an honest person.

I have to Quick Check around the corner from me. I went to pick up batteries. They wouldn't scan. They couldn't sell them to me. I had to leave to get my batteries elsewhere. I'm busy. Ain't nobody gotten time for this!

There's a few things that make a convenience store worthy of the ultimate five star rating. Pleasant staff well-maintained property orderly merchandise and delicious food and drink. This particular quick check takes every box made me feel at home during a challenging time. I love you quick check keep up the good work don't let those haters get you down. Stay beautiful

I ordered a Turkey sub it seemed like there was only one slice of Turkey, the rest was lettuce tomato mayonnaise and any other fillers that you could add in.
