The phlebotomist I first encountered was nasty, lazy and had no idea what she was doing. The complete lack of professionalism in a medical environment was unlike anything I'd experienced before. It took forever to finally see someone who could simply draw blood. Go anywhere else.

Scheduled my appointment for 9:10 am on a Tuesday. Waited about 5-10 minutes before I was called to a room. Another 5 minutes for blood draw. Fast, easy, and quick process!

I have been to this facility twice now, seen both times by Arnold. I cannot recommend Arnold enough. I am not an easy person when it comes to getting blood work and he is kind, patient, and accommodating. I have never had a better experience with blood work than with Arnold.

I would like to commend the employees at the Neptune location. They are very skilled at what they do. I have had a few blood tests performed there and I never feel even a pinch. That is high praise coming from me, as I am very squeamish and tense when having blood drawn. As for appointments and wait times, I use the MyQuest app to book appointments and check in. I find it convenient and easy to use. I can also see my test results in the app. It is very helpful.

She kept saying she was looking for a vein. I repeatedly told her I had one in my other arm. She kept stabbing me in my arm even though I kept telling her there was a better vein in the other arm. I tried being nice,But she was honestly a B word the whole time

Great! I made my appointment for 8:10 online the day before, got there 5 minutes early and checked in on my phone walking in the door. I got called back 1 minute after getting to the waiting room and Suzanne had me in and out in like 10 minutes. I'm scared of needles but I didn't even feel it! I hope I get Suzanne when I come back again ?? thank you!

I made an appointment online and was in and out in 15 minutes. Sylvia was very nice and great at her job. Convenient location right near the hospital.
