Spoke to John yesterday about something that happened with my card, he was nice yesterday, but today he was very rude and nasty, and said bye with a nasty tone twice. Usually when you have to go through a dispute, you are informed that there will be a provisional credit on your account and that they willl conduct an investigation. All he said was OK bye. Very surprising because I also met him in person in August to open an account and it was his first time doing so and he was extremely friendly.This just goes to show how people are/ how customer service is different over the phone versus in person, very fake and nasty.

Pulled up at the drive up at 4:52 on 9/15. Nothing happened, hit the call teller button, no recognition. Pulled up to go in and crossed paths with a man walking with his suit on a hanger. 4:57 doors locked can't get in. Not good!!!

Very bad service, today I was asking for an agent in Spanish and the agent very rudely answered no, without even trying to help me and I am a customer of the bank, I hope they care more about providing better service and especially that they have service in Spanish. banks

Closed earlier than supposed to. Lied about card machine being down, go in the next day to get a new debit card and they are on their personal cell phone having conversations and ignoring members won’t go back to this branch

Worse bank ever....on may 11 2017 I deposited a check in my brothers account which they gave me no problem when I was doing it they made a copy of my ID and​ hand us a receipt and we left...few days later I tried taking money from the ATM to pay my bills it wouldn't let me so I gave it 3 more days later when I tried taking money out it still​wouldn't let me, I ended up asking ppl to borrow money just to go through the days..after a another​ week passed I decided to go to the bank when I went I was told it was mailed to me so I left...I waited for 10 days still no check mind you the whole time I have ppl and bills that are overdue...to make a Long story short I ended up going there a few time each time it's the same thing the check been mailed out...so today which is June 2 ...June second have in mind I deposited the check since May 11 I went there one last time I was sooo upset they made me wait for an hour just to talk to the manager,when I finally get to speak to her(Tania)she immediately apologize and said they had the check in the office the whole time I can have access to it now only if I open a account 😕, they had me looking for it calling post office to ask them if they have it, I got sent to collection because they wanted me to open a account...I am so pissed and feel like they force me to open the account ...,😣😣 I was in the process of fixing my credit thanks PNC for putting me back in debt,I will look into a lawyer I feel like I was taking advantage of....
