M3 was recommended by my insurance company and it turned out to be a very good recommendation! They were very easy to deal with and provided a lot of communication as far as the status of the repair. It was completed in a very timely manner, and before they had said, it would be. I hope not to need them again but if I ever do, they will be my go to collision center.

Kept us up to date with text messages on when the car would be done. Wonderful service, very friendly people who work there. Got the car back very clean and back to beautiful. Highly recommend this facility.

They did a bad bodywork replaced My parts , replaced my tire bolts. And they have the rudest behavior especially nick the manager thinks that he did a good job
I will not recommend anyone to go to that outlet in neptune nj

We had a great experience with M3 in Neptune. They are very professional, do a perfect job and keep you updated throughout the entire process. Ricardo was especially helpful who managed our last repair from A-Z. Highly recommend this place and their friendly staff!

Brought my car in Nov 2021to get fixed. Went to pick my car up and the headlight was chipped, never replaced. The hood wasn't aligned correctly and a big chip on the side of the hood. I'm not sure how nobody saw these defects. I was upset and just took the car and Nick advised I could bring it back anytime and get it fixed it'd be covered. Meanwhile it was a shop Geico provided.
Now to present date Wednesday June 19 2024 . Went in person and spoke with the lady at the front desk who took all my info and called Geico etc. I had been rear ended Oct 2023. So I decided to give the shop another shot and they could fix the previous things from last time. Nick was at training because they were bought out the lady said and he's now GM. She also explained they had to get my records from the old system, whatever. She told me she would let Nick know and he would call me so nothing got .misinterpreted as to what needed to be done from last time. I guess I shouldn't have thought it would go better a second time.
July 2 2024. Still have heard nothing from Nick or the receptionist. I guess communication wasn't part of the GM class the receptionist said he was attending. Good thing I didn't wait for them .. I gave them 2 whole days waited over the weekend and wait a whole day Monday. Before saying screw this shop and took my business elsewhere. I got nothing to loose by not going back to M3 ! And it's right down the road from my house not a half hour away.

Sales man said I would be charged 200 because they had a special discount comes to know it was a lie I will pay 200 every time they come to my house ??I don’t have that kind of money so I’m not paying

Everyone was great until i picked up my car. There was an obvious defect in the paint job. I noticed it immediately and pointed it out. Don’t understand how they couldn’t see it. Joe at M3 saw it as well and told me he’d speak to the manager and call me and I could come back in to have it fixed. I just aasumed he’d call later that day. After 2 weeks haven’t heard a word from them. Funny part is three different people there begged me to fill out their survey. I guess they only look at the good ones. Go elsewhere. I won’t be going back and neither should you

My car was here for OVER TWO MONTHS to get “fixed”Returned to me absolutely trashed, with broken items (not from my accident), car horn no longer working, and they stole money from my glove compartment that I use for tolls. I am in utter disbelief.

I had to use an approved shop through my insurance after my car got hit and I'm so glad I chose this place! The entire process was so smooth. The initial appointment was thorough and they kept me updated along the entire way. The loaner car was great. Their repairs to my car look perfect. I highly recommend this place!
