Have been a patron of this Neptune City bank for many years, through a few different bank changes. This current bank has been excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Reminds me of how the bank was when I was young. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, horrible bank. Not just this branch either. I was an account holder for well over 10 years at this bank and recently I unfortunately had to close my account. I bring a five dollar bill that I was given to cash it in because the last place I was at said the bill was too damaged. But since I didn't have an account anymore they couldn't exchange a five-dollar bill. REALLY?! After all of the overdraft fees I paid this bank. I am experiencing financial hardship, so yes $5 dollars IS a lot to me. THIS BANK IS PATHETIC AND DISGRACEFUL!

Gracie doesnt understand the difference between ANNUAL interest and MONTHLY interest. I tried to explain it to her. She continued to Give me wrong information and then tried to convince me that I was the one who was incorrect. It was insulting. Have you ever been told you by an inferior person that were wrong when you were actually 100% right? Yeah that was frustrating.
