The store is all very good, but the cashier who is charging is very despotic in some way racist when serving, very rude, not friendly to serve, I hope they focus on the quality of service that their staff offers to customers

Up until today 3/8/23 this was a 3 star establishment, based on organization and customer service. Unfortunately an employee name Victor decided to ignore my elderly uncle and myself when we offered him a simple greeting. When I brought this to the attention of management no apologies were offered.

Lady at the register needs more training she’s literally talking on the phone headphones in, phone out ,talking so loud she couldn’t hear me greet her or tell her have a nice day. Very disappointing.Do better Neptune !

The suppose manager of there didn't want to take my item for a return( lost my receipt)In the store policed said that you can return the item without a receipt before 30 days of purchase.The employee of the year was Melelisa, All the staff there are unprofecional . Except for one lady
