Billows was great, nice staff and drinks were good. it's partially a liquor store. they got big tvs and the music is good

The best Liquor Store in the Neptune NJ area, they have almost anything you can think of and they are super helpful and the prices are a little cheaper than anywhere in Monmouth County. It's small but it competes with the larger stores because of its variety. No long lines no waiting on holidays, you are in and out.
