I was in town for a basketball tournament and happen to run over a screw. Was recommended this place by a local. They were great. I was able to get my car looked at and worked on right away. They were able to take care of my tire, noticed a different problem with my tire and fixed that right away. They were extremely polite and explained everyone to me.

Great experience today. I am visiting from out of state and my check engine light went on in my car. Worried about driving the car 200+ miles home, I called Alternative around 4:30 yesterday and explained my dilemma. Bill said to bring it over first thing in the morning and he would run a diagnostic scan to determine problem. When I arrived, he immediately greeted me and was able to diagnose my issue within minutes. Luckily for me, it's not a serious issue and my car is safe to drive until I can get into my regular mechanic back home. Best part - he didn't charge me a dime. What amazing service ! I visit this area often, and will absolutely return if I ever need service again.

A++ customer service. From the very 1st phone call in scheduling a routine maintenance & oil change for my vehicle to a week later when the service was actually done, I received stellar treatment. This was my 1st visit & I was not disappointed. Bill was very professional & knowledgeable. After all was said & done, he even complimented how great of condition my car was in. Also, the price was very fair. Less than half of what if typically pay @ the dealership. I'm very pleased, would recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely be back.?
