“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. “Absolutely no complaints. I provided necessary info ahead of time via email, arrived Sunday morning just before 9 a.m., and was on the road by 9:15 (one customer ahead of me). Gas gauge was marked at 7/8 on contract, but was probably closer to 3/4. I returned it with 3/4, and was not charged for anything extra. All 3 employees I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were, if not overtly friendly, appropriately professional. Would definitely use again”

“This was my first time using this location but the people here are very nice. I like this location if I ever need a U-Haul again I’ll be checking this location first. It was super easy and convenient. You use the U-Haul app make a reservation for a truck at this location as long as they have some available then you go in and get it at your pick up you made. Highly recommend!”
“I rented a Uhaul that was ready for me at this facility. The representative was super friendly and accommodating in answering all questions I had about the rental. She also mentioned tips to help me return the vehicle without any extra charges. The Uhaul was parked and ready at 9am as promised and was extremely clean.The representative called two days prior to confirm my reservation as well.Highly recommended if you want the best service when picking up a Uhaul. I also liked picking up the uhaul here because of how quiet the area was. It was not congested like Uhaul business sites are.”
