The employees are just as friendly and helpful (SARCASM) as you would expect if you’ve ever been in a USPS. Not sure how the USPS finds the most miserable people on Earth to work in public-facing positions at their locations.

This is the worst place I have ever been. The one lady at the front desk is the worst when it comes to customer service. She has no Customer service skills and is rude everytime we come in.

We have a carrier who refuses to deliver packages to our home. Why you may ask? Because she does not care for us I believe. It has been pointed out over and over. What’s more she gets away with this behavior. And just today I got notice that a package could not be delivered because no one was available to sign for it. This is not true. We were indeed home. Have reported to Postal Service and to the Post Master in MH. Simply ridiculous.

Every single person who works here is absolutely miserable. Postal employees couldn't be any more annoyed with each person that walks in through the front door, so interactions are uninviting and awkward. The exterior looks like it's in month 35 of a foreclosure, or at least some apocalyptic zombie movie. Embarrassing that this is a representation of the township and it's people.

Although I live in Mullica Hill, I will not be using this post office. #1 Brandy is the rudest person I've ever met, she has no skills on customer service and seriously needs anger management classes. They all seem to know of her in other post offices I have been when mentioned her name. So she needs to be removed from front desk and placed in a different position where she doesn't interact with people. Very poor customer service skills, and they staff arent' so great either. I'll be doing business elsewhere.

The lady brandy I believe is so rude she speaks to customers that have been going there for years as incompetent to understand responses you should speak to customers as if it’s there first time there not assuming they know anything about sending out packages or receiving them needs improvement

I live in Mullica Hill and use this post office out of convenience because it is 1 minute from my house. I took my VERY expensive wedding invitations there and asked for them to be hand canceled meaning I don’t want them going through the shoot sorter. This is common ask for customers who spend a great deal of money on their wedding invitations so they do not get ruined. They refused to do it. Left and took them to the Swedesboro post office and they were happy to do it! This location showed pure laziness.

Hi I live in Mullica Hill, for 6 yrs now. If you don't know this I will tell you Mullica Hill post office is the worst post office in N.J. . Today I went to get my mail and this picure below and another picture sitting next to a peach to somewhat get an idea of the size. It's not the 1st time this has happened. And I hurt my hand trying to force the box out. Are people really that d*** to put a package in a smaller space than the package , is unbelievable! When the front panel of the mail boxes is open the package just barely fits if you squeeze it alittle.

Very unprofessional staff. Everytime I go there Wich is on a rare occasion the staff has an attitude . The supervisor Mike told me I sound like trash and hung up the phone on me. Very rude unprofessional service is always slow. There is always one person working at the front desk. I constantly receive other people's mail.

Even though it takes longer sometimes because of under-staffing this place is nice. Employees are nice and answer all questions.
