I have had the worst experience with penske 2 years in a row . They are the WORST rental trucking company in the world. I work for a kosher facility and every year we need two trucks one refrigerated and one standard but years 2018 and 2019 they managed to mess it up. 2018 they never even registered the trucks and told us the day before passover we do not no have your trucks. 2019 this week TODAY ! Penske was called by myself 4 times last week to make sure everything was in place for today deliver they said "yes Monday at 8am we will be there ' then they call the day of and say hey we are running behind we will be there at 9am okay no big deal. Then our vendor calls us to tell us that the refrigerated food is on the way but yet we still have NO TRUCK this is 11am!! So my question is , is PENSKE going to replace 80,000 worth of Passover food? I think not As i am typing this email at 2:32pm PENSKE is still outside trying to back in a truck on to the loading dock. Also not to add they dropped the truck off without even turning the refrigerator on. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! IM SADDED TO EVEN GIVE THIS A 1 STAR RATING BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST.
