“My boyfriend and i came in around 7:30 just before closing to inquire about adding a line. We had Chris as our Rep. His customer service was OUTSTANDING!! Not only did we NOT feel rushed, he let us leave and come back at 7:55 and STILL took wonderful care of us. Chris took going above and beyond to a whole new level! He was very knowledgeable in ALL areas. He gave us a full break down and MULTIPLE options to give us a rounded understanding of which way we’d want to go. He explained in detail how every single option would look moving forward. We will definitely be returning to Glassborro to only deal with him. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. “I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! If ya need a upgrade in the Deptford/Glassboro NJ area,go see Kevin in his well run AT&T store!”

“I came here for the first time. I had trouble with my phone. They offered to help me and see what was the issue. The phone was not responding to my touch. They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. “I started hitting Walmart's (ie - "Wallyworld!") when COVID struck and other usuals were too expensive. My daughter brought us here today for Halloween party goodies. She got everything that she was after, of course! I "accidentally" spent damned $111, but was truly in need of the bedding, toiletries, sour cream, and dog food that I bought! I did NOT need yet another happy faced (collecting since childhood!) item! And a tumbler at that?!!! Employees were MIA, but this isn't anything new for this franchise. Friendly check out woman (training a younger male). This particular store is antiquated but more than fine in my book.”
