“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”

“I started hitting Walmart's (ie - "Wallyworld!") when COVID struck and other usuals were too expensive. My daughter brought us here today for Halloween party goodies. She got everything that she was after, of course! I "accidentally" spent damned $111, but was truly in need of the bedding, toiletries, sour cream, and dog food that I bought! I did NOT need yet another happy faced (collecting since childhood!) item! And a tumbler at that?!!! Employees were MIA, but this isn't anything new for this franchise. Friendly check out woman (training a younger male). This particular store is antiquated but more than fine in my book.”
