He researched and gave me information and told me to call him specifically if it wasn't enough to solve my issue. It was!”

I also didn't catch one worker name, but he pointed out that my one of my returns were supposed to be in a box together. I didn't mind paying the fee for those, but before continuing my returns. We got there around 6:40pm and it seemed like everyone else was shipping out packages at the same time?He helped us send out packages to our kids in college and my mother-in-law in Florida and he was helping other customers on the other register. He was very composed during a hectic time. He did a phenomenal job!I will definitely ship all my packages from this store from now on!!”
