I was directed towards this branch from the customer service number apparently Allstate you need to speak to an agent when getting insurance in New Jersey just something Allstate does no real reason for it. My experience came on a Saturday when I was told that some of the offices telecommute so they will answer on the weekends that is 100% false if you need to reach anybody over the weekend and it can't be done through the call center you're waiting until Monday. I called on Monday to have no one answer I had to leave a message and wait for them to conveniently call me back. When they did finally call me back I was able to get a quote sent over to me but not everything. I wanted to add items so I called to do so that was 2 days ago nobody has returned my call since. Out of curiosity I went on my Geico app was able to get a quote purchase a full year straight from my phone all within 15 minutes or less. If you are an insurance company you need to make yourself available and when you can't even do so on a Saturday or a Sunday or even during the week then when I need a claim I can guarantee you won't be there.

I requested a call from the owner and never heard from him, recently submitted a claim for water damage in a bedroom ceiling from squirrel damage to roof vent. It seems that the adjusters evaluation is good but claims department of Allstate is geared towards never paying for anything, they have a lame reason not to pay for anything. They talk like they know everything, but sit in a office someplace and evaluate damage using pictures taken with a cell phone.DROPPED THEM LIKE A BAD HABIT!!!

You're in good hands with Allstate," until you file a claim. In my experience if the claim is denied for bogus reasons don't expect the LaBrosse agency to be your advocate. They'll just accept the ruling.I've been able to get a thorough review by writing to Tom Wilson, Allstate Chairman and CEO. That should NOT be necessary.
