This use to be a great spot to go for guidance and service. When old man Warren died, the place was never the same. Maybe they can't get good help, due to CoVid.

Things always cost you an arm and a leg, the only two reasons I shop here is to support small businesses and because I can't bike all the way to home Depot. Nothing wrong with the products they sell or the customer service just the prices can be insane at times. Also the prices on the shelf rarely match up with what scans at register.

Restocking seems to be hit or miss, mostly miss for the nuts and bolts, including chrome hardware. Community Hardware in Pennsville is my go to now for hardware.

Awesome staff, great dog bath ,prompt curbside pick up..usually has most things in stock I visit weekly for farm supplies and horse feed .

As a local guide I dont just give bad reviews for no reason.I guess you have to be a regular there to get the good service that alot of people talk about here.I needed new screens and a few to be made from scratch. With the order I had a list that I gave them they said the guy doesn't do the screens is not here but they will make sure they give it to him and they'll call when they were done. After 10 days nobody had called so I called them on day 12 The Waiting wasn't the problem I understand about covid and businesses being shorthanded blah blah blah. I called and after ten minutes of waiting on hold after I told them why I was calling they told me they were ready .I get there and they couldn't find any of them at first 10 minutes later they find all but one and then 10 minutes after that they find the last one the list for the rebuilt screens from scratch was missing nobody even knew about it and apparently the owner comes over and asks if I got all my screens and I say yes but what about the list ? And why didn't anybody call me to give me a quote on rebuilding and he had no clue and his excuse was "well if you droped them off on the weekend I wasn't here".very unprofessional all around.

Started going to Warren's because it was close to home. It is an absolute gem. I can always find someone to help me and they really take the time to listen to whatever project I'm tackling and items I may need. Very friendly, and helpful. Employees always hold the doors, and offer to help carry items out to my vehicle! I always check here before heading to a big box store.
