Webundies needs training on how to conduct customer service issues if they wish to keep returning customers. Simply said, if a product you ordered is lost or missing, you don't instruct the customer to do the leg work by telling them to contact the District Post Master's office and to file a police report for a $24 item. You reimburse the customer or replace the item. Good business practice! This item was for a Salvation Army Angel Tree child, no thanks to Webundies, the John Cena PJ's he so desperately wanted will not be under the Christmas Tree!
