Normally love the Postal Service, excellent workers very hard job. Lately, the last few weeks, we haven’t been having our mail picked up (twice), we have mail going out every day.

Rude after 3 overnight envelopes they lost couldn't refund me no supervisor there they need to have one there to keep eye on staff

It's just going downhill. They now have rude and unhelpful staff, better use surrounding PO such as Westfield, NP, Springfield.... Used to be very good until I guess, the lady who used to work there for a long time retired.

This place is the worst. The staff are the rudest I've encountered. They scream at you for entering the main area due to their supposed "one person at a time" rule which is not marked anywhere. I've literally started going to another post office farther away from me because it ruins my day coming here.

Really gone down hill. I use to use two post offices to drop time sensitive packages off on a daily basis, paying a premium for 2 day delivery and every time recently that I use Mountainside, NJ post office the packages were delivered between 6 - 8 days making the materials void. As a business owner this is costing me money and no one is held accountable. Called Mountainside and they told me to call the Delivery Supervisor at another location. I called and the Delivery Supervisor asked me to call back because he was too busy to talk right now.

What's happening with your postal delivery? I have mailed 50 certificates to my students from my remote learning class on August 11th. My students are calling and none of them got the certificates. It's been two weeks. What's the hold up??

Everyone is doing their best right now, but a little patience and courtesy goes a long way. So does the truth; these are hard times, we all recognize that. Nevertheless-- Three times in two weeks, I have dropped off packages that did not get scanned in for up to 48 hours, causing even further delays than those already resulting from COVID19. Today I called to ask what was going on, and after being hung up on (the employee told me she was alone and too busy to talk), I called back and after she acknowledged hanging up (without apologizing), the woman told me it was "strange", that she personally scans all packages, and that I must have the wrong tracking information. For six packages. I shipped packages at Westfield, Summit and Springfield this week and all were scanned within 2-3 hours. Beware.

Re: Mountainside NJ Post Office on Sherwood Parkway The best service I've received from any US Post Office. Efficient, helpful. My post office for decades. The office has consistently been staffed by the best.
