Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”

I was afraid i was starting to head towards frostbite. The owners gave me and my friend access to a sink so I could run water, then gave me hand warmers and plastics gloves to put over my gloves. I was so grateful for to get help from people whose business I have never used before. I would like thank these owners from the bottom of my heart for helping me .”
