“Full disclosure, my car ended up totaled, so I didn't have R&C do any work on the vehicle.However.I did interact with the staff on multiple occasions over phone and email. Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing.I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident.I just about burst into tears. “I have lived in this neighborhood since 2007. I‘ve walked my dog every day pass this establishment every day. I noticed all of the beautiful cars that were always waiting to be fixed. I’ve had a tiny dent in the front of my Mercedes for the past three years and needed to get it fixed. Walked into this establishment two weeks ago and asked for an estimate and got it very very quickly. We decided to handle my issue this past weekend and oh my God I was so very very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle.
