We've used this printer for our ad agency for over a decade and have always loved the quality and pricing. However, they have some serious flaws in their entire system that are incredibly outdated, and have seriously gone downhill in the last year or so in every facet.1. If you order a hardcopy proof, it will ship to your billing address, and not the shipping address for the order. There is nothing in the order process that even hints at this, so you essentially have to go through the pain of having it sent to the wrong address before you even know that's a thing to be mindful of.2. If you have an issue with an order that's at prepress, they literally are unable to notify you of updates via email. You have to log in and manually check to see if it has been updated yet.3. No virtual Helpdesk. You would think that in 2023 a company of their size would've had this in place years earlier. Nope. Everything must be manually looked into. Lots of things can go wrong with printing and shipping. The only way to resolve these issues is to continually reach out to see if it's been handled yet.4. Rude phone representatives. I have had several issues with recent orders (which never used to happen - they were always so good about quality and accuracy), and every time I have called to handle them, I am met with uninterested and defensive representatives who offer no resolution options. I am either cut off, or they read a script at me, and then get upset when what they offer doesn't actually solve the issue at hand.I will be looking for another printer to handle our jobs. It is such a shame because they have been a go-to for so many years. The sizing options, paper options, regular sales, and quality of printing was always so much better than anyone else, it made no sense to shop around. Now, however, that quality is drifting quickly. Hopefully they return to their former glory (and make some updates to their system to match the current landscape of the world), but for now I will be seeing what else is out there.

I ordered a postcard with mailing services. It was shipped on time, looked beautiful and had a question answered promptly from customer service. Fingers crossed for more 5 star printings!

I ordered business cards ; original less time was 5 business days then pushed to 8 then 11 . When I asked for a partial refund they refused at which point I asked to cancel the order . They did only because they didn’t even start working on it yet . This company has gone so downhill the last few years

Were great-used them for 6 years. Couldn't rush the print job after they failed to contact me about a problem. We all have labor shortages-good businesses make it right when they make mistakes.

PS Print (now owned by Deluxe) did not meet the 1 business day turnaround that I purchased.We all have supply chain issues. If they can't meet 1 day turnarounds DO NOT offer and charge for this service. It's dishonest and not transparent. When I asked for a credit and offered to pay for the ACTUAL turnaround time it took, they didn't budge. Still charging me a premium when they fell down and DID NOT DELIVER! This long time customer will take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and dishonest upcharges for jobs that do not get done on time.

I have been using PS Print since 2005. It seems that ever since they were acquired by Deluxe Printing, their service has severely declined. I placed an order on 12/6, and paid for 3 day turnaround. The job was supposed to ship on 12/10, and in my hands on 12/13. After two phone calls to customer service, I was told that my job will not ship until 12/20. This is completely unacceptable. So unless you don't have a deadline of any sort, I would not recommend using PS Print. There are plenty of other online printers with comparable prices and definitely better customer service.

We called to ask about different paper sizes and pricing. The representative couldn’t answer our question on the paper sizes and told me to email me someone else and I would receive a response in 72 hours. She referred us to the website for all pricing. With that type of customer service they won’t be getting my business.

Surprised to see such bad reviews for PS. I have been using them for business cards for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the quality and speed of production. They have great sales on their website frequently as well that make them much cheaper then others. I will continue to use them for my printing needs.

Other companies never delivered consistency with the products. PsPrint has consistent quality each and every time. They review your project prior to printing to ensure that it will properly print which is very helpful to someone who is not a designer!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I have been calling over a week about the status of my job. I approved the proof , however they still can't seem to figure out why there is no status movement on my job. Now we are past the guaranteed delivery date and no one there seems to have a clue. Oh , and service seems to have no way to communicate with production effectively. The online system is clearly ineffective as well. Throw out all of your systems and upgrade ASAP !!!!

Just be aware that they can screw up the order and significantly delay the process. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their customer service representative at least tried to help. It doesn't change the fact that the project was horribly delayed and it costed me a lot of money.

The delivery dates were much longer than stated making it marginally helpful to our event and the postcard size was much smaller than advertised. I would not use this service again.
