My son has been going to this school since he was 4. He loved it! He still talks about Miss Nancy and we’re all feeling a little bitter sweet leaving for KINDY. Cindy, Cathy and Jen are wonderful too and know all the kids by name and are friendly and easy to chat with.

Really, really good daycare, with great teachers and great leadership. I have one child still in daycare here, and every person I've encountered here has been friendly and thoughtful. I think one important mark of a good daycare is how long the classroom teachers stay. Most of MLCDS's staff has been there for many years, and you get the sense that people working there feel respected.

This is a great little daycare with teachers that care and really take the time to get to know your kids. The director and office staff are involved in the classrooms and know all of the kids by name. Our kids are always engaged and happy whenever we drop off or pick up.

I sent my daughter here for pre-K and it’s been a fantastic experience. I’ve tried several other daycares in the Morris county area and this was by far the best. The communication between staff and parents is excellent, my daughter has made lots of friends, she has hadMany new great experiences. They’re very kind and thoughtful of the kids too. Very happy we went here! I side eye the reviewer saying they live next door- not sure how that’s possible being that the daycare is in a medical building on rt46.

My daughter had a wonderful 3 years with MLCDS. It was bittersweet to see her graduated from here. Place is well-managed and teachers are caring.

I live next door to this daycare and EVERY SINGLE WEEKDAY, there is at least one child SCREAMING their heads off. Crying to the point where they sound like they are going to vomit. And these workers here seem to do nothing about it! I took a recording recently of one child who had been crying nonstop for what seemed like forever, and in the video, you can hear the women talking and acting like nothing is going on. I’ve debated calling the police before just to do a wellness check or something. Im tired of blasting music on my headphones everyday to drown out the screaming and crying.

Very bad and the teachers don’t care about the kids and very dirty and they are learn the kids hurt each other ,my daughter was quiet before she goes to school but now she is not..

Amazing place and teacher! We have my daughter there in the toddler class and she absolutely loves it there! So many activities, singing and playing! Teachers and caregivers are like family! My daughter is looking forward to going every day!!

I have been contemplating sending my daughter (18 months) to this day school. I have heard extremely negative things regarding the treatment of children. Staff members grab young children by the arm violently to put them in chairs, neglect children, etc. I work in the teaching field and am a teacher for grade 7. The idea of my child's life in danger worries me beyond words and I believe that any parent looking for a place for their children should hear about these conditions I have heard about. Extremely upsetting!

MLCDS is locally owned and run by a mom-of-four. It is a warm, safe environment where our kids have thrived. Daycare is such a personal choice - we appreciate the lower teacher to child ratios, the longevity of the staff (you can tell early childhood education is their passion), and the precautions they have taken with COVID. The emphasis on the creative curriculum is also a huge plus. Very grateful to the team there!

Our kids went here and this is a great local place. Stay away from those franchises. Ask the office for a tour if you're shopping daycare.
