Amazing. You will never have a bagel as amazing as Mountain Lakes Bagel. Go in the morning, as the afternoon staff has less people and less flow. Everyone is great.

When you first walk in you should immediately go to the right counter by the bagels that's where you take your order there's no signs but that's what the locals taught me.
Mountain Lakes Bagel in Mountain Lakes, NJ has been in business since 1996 with original owners (and Mountain Lakes residents), with Bob and Dawn. Bob has been in the pizza and bagel business for the last 40 years. Dawn also worked in a bagel store growing up in Queens as a teenager. These owners have some serious bagel skills!
We only use the highest quality ingredients. Bob says "If I won't eat it I won't sell it!".
