Ken set the bar and exceeded expectations throughout the entire buying process. He was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to buy a house over a lengthy period!! As we delved into trying to purchase our first home in the pandemic market, we quickly realized we would have to put our search on hold for at least 6 months while the market adjusted, and Ken was right back in the game with us over 8 months later. Ken keeps consistent lines of communication open, has wide ranging reputable contacts in all areas of home buying and maintenance, and made us feel knowledgeable in every step of the process; which was entirely due to his thoroughness and dedication. We always knew Ken had us covered. We cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people moving forward.

Ken has helped us with finding a NEW HOME for our FAMILY! He was and still is only a text or phone call away answering every question we had. Very professional, experienced and not afraid to get dirty if there is an attic or basement in question. Ken explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer and most importantly recommending a mortage company and lawyer to us. Ken Schwartz is Highly Recommended.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ken as our realtor to buy our first home. We honestly cannot say enough about Ken and how incredible he was throughout the entire home buying process. From Day 1, we felt as though we were a priority and he had our best interest in mind. He made sure he knew what we liked, our style, and what mattered to us when sending homes to us to look at. One thing we loved about Ken was the constant communication. Communication is huge to my husband and I, especially when it pertains to something as large as buying a home. He constantly checked in with us. He made sure we were in the loop with everything from looking at homes to getting the necessary paperwork to close on our home. We also appreciated how he would explain everything to us in a way that made sense. As first time homebuyers, this was our first time with a lot of new information. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not know that much about the process. Of course, I did my research but not everything was straightforward, and things does not always apply to my situation. Additionally, the market these days are very unusual and that made it more complicated and stressful on my part. Luckily, I had a person like Ken on my team. As I have met him, things started to become clear. He answered all questions I had and helped me understand the things that I was confused about. He walked me through the process and made my house searching stress free. He is very professional, hard working and most of all trustworthy. His sincerity and work ethic were beyond our expectations. We are fortunate to find Ken Schwartz to buy our first home in Bergen County. He is outstanding. Ken helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. We spoke with Ken on phone and he spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are on the market, how long listings typically stay on the market (especially in the covid situation), and providing tons of info on comps in the area. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ken was that he was always more focused on giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.The site that was set up by him for us made finding listings very easy. The listings were cured to our needs. I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. In this pandemic situation, he also accommodated our several other needs where we requested video tours before we see the house in person. Given we were the first time buyer, we had no contacts of inspectors, mortgage, etc. He also gave recommendations that turned out to be great ones. He gladly did all of this. In a nutshell, we relied on Ken for all of our needs in this transaction and he provided his support at every step.We now consider Ken a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.

I was a first time home buyer, and extremely unfamiliar with the process. Ken not only walked me through the process, but also went above and beyond to make sure I understood the everything. Too include, Ken did not seem like my realtor but more like a close friend who only wanted the best for my family.Not only is he highly recommended, I would request him again for other properties to invest in.
