One word: Shelly. Michele “Shelly” DeMartino is the only realtor you will ever need for the rest of your life. She is determined and tenacious. She is totally honest, a straight shooter which I appreciate. I am a control freak and was able to let go completely because of how efficient, organized, and knowledgeable she is. She is generous with her time and is extremely protective of her clients. She is strategic and mindful with her interactions with everyone. She is a SHARK. The entire process of selling a house was stress free because of her. Her knowledge of the market, regulations, and homes in general is unparalleled. She passionate about her career and it shows every step of the way. I will only use and recommend Shelly for buying and selling houses until I die. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Think twice before you use this agency! I had a bid on a house in late august. We won the best and final. Next thing you know, the agent, Debra Ondorf, tells us that she is doing another best and final cause of a higher offer the next morning. Not only was it wrong, but greedy and unethical. Thanks for getting our hopes up.

I can’t say enough great things about Michele DeMartino! Let me start by saying we are first time home buyers and Michele was the perfect match for us- professional, patient, caring and honest. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient throughout our search. She took the time to explain the home buying process and thoroughly answer any/all questions we had. I always felt that Michele had our best interest at heart and, genuinely, wanted to find us a home that was best suited for us. Along the way we had an unfortunate incidence in which a house fell through and we had to vacate the apt we were in (all the seller’s fault!) but Michele was there for us every single step of the way. Michele went to great lengths to finally land us in our current home and we couldn’t be more thankful for her help. Her help goes beyond just finding us a new home -Michele is now our neighbor and has even lent a helping hand as we are getting settled in the house.
