“I have been looking around for an auto loan and stopped at this branch. Growing up in dover and dealing with the previous credit union I did not have high expectations for them, but this new bank and management team has been super helpful with the whole process. Nowadays taking time off from work and do paperwork at a bank is super tedious but they did the whole loan in a couple of days via email. I do hope more people would take advantage of the low interest rates from a local credit union before going into big banks with sky-high interest rates. I can't stress how knowledgeable and helpful Yajaira was at the Dover branch. I'm super thankful for all the help and information everyone has given me.”

No matter what your bank account looks like, he creates a genuine relationship with his clients, and if needed, "fights" for you without judgement. He breaks down things that are easy to understand, is professional, and relatable. This is definitely one of the better branches in the area; so, I recommend coming here for all your needs. Ultimately, the "con" for Chase Bank is their over-the-phone customer service and malfunctions in the app. Customer service (phone) was ultimately why I decided to take my business elsewhere after over a decade of banking with Chase.”

“This branch has the friendliest associates. Always so helpful and make transactions quickly hassle free. I sent my mom here to open an account for my grandma after another bank told them (and spending over an hour there) that Puerto Rico was a foreign country and they needed special documents that had to be notarized to open an account and deposit money with a check from Puerto Rico. (Newsflash, PR is a US territory) TDBank opened the account quickly and deposited the check with no issues at all. Thank you TD for being a great help and making it so easy for my mom and grandma. “I wanted to thank Frank who helped open an account for my 16 year old son and recommended Pops for breakfast which is down the street and is a great place to eat.I live in Budd Lake and went to 3 banks there to open an account. They all seem to have layed off so many people that you have to make an appointment to open an account.I have been banking with Provident for 30 years and have never had a problem and the people have always been helpful. I moved and the bank is a bit far away, but I am loyal to people who help me and it has been worth the drive. I thought I'd try a bank closer to home for my son, but they really did not seem interested enough to provide the service that they used too. Provident still does.Frank spent at least a half an hour with us opening the account. I really appreciate his attention. It is what I am used to with Provident.I do most of my stuff online, but it is nice to be able to go into the bank and talk to someone instead of dealing with an AI auto attendant that you normally get when you need to call. Provident still provides in person personal service with a minimal wait and they are nice about it.I highly recommend Provident bank and once again thank Frank.”
