We recently sold a home using Antoinette as our realtor. From start to finish she was a joy to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, even considering our unique circumstances, she made us feel comfortable and reassured during the entire process. She went out of her way when we moved out of state before the closing, taking on responsibilities that were beyond what a realtor is generally needed for. We are so happy that we chose her, and consider her not only a great realtor but also a great friend. We cannot recommend her highly enough! If you are buying or selling you will not go wrong in having Antoinette as your ally.

I cannot say enough good things about Antoinette as my Realtor. I found her randomly by calling her agency because I saw multiple signs in the area and I really lucked out finding her. She provided me with her cell phone number and kept me up to date daily as necessary, and sold my office building in only two weeks. She was a fair but tough negotiator with a difficult buyer and really was on my side. She is extremely knowledgeable in the details of her profession, and performed better than I thought anyone could representing me in the sale of my office building. If you need a realtor she is the person you want to use.

Antoinette is the realtor you want on your side. She is professional and knows the area's very. Her negotiation skills are top notch and does it all with a smile. She does her job better than any realtor I have ever met. Antoinette shared our house hunting experience and was attentive to every detail that we wanted in our family's new home. I have purchased 5 houses and met plenty of realtors along the way in my life and Antoinette made this purchase happen. It was like she was buying the house with us, not just try to get us to buy a house. She went above and beyond to get my family the house we wanted. We are truly grateful and thankful that she was our realtor through the whole process. Antoinette is a true diamond in the ruff of realtors out there!

After working with Antoinette twice now we can honestly say she went from being our real estate agent to being our friend. She is unabashedly honest and never trying to push a property to just make a sale, but rather pointing out the realistic pros and cons of each residence based on our needs as a young family. She is extraordinarily thorough in her research and recommendations and often found things that she knew would be good fits for us that even we missed. Best of all though is Antoinette makes the process of seeing homes fun, which is really saying something given how wild and brutal the market has become. Despite having to fight many others to win a property, her optimism never faltered, and the level of effort she spent on us and our search never wavered. Simply put, do your self a favor and use Antoinette for all your future real estate needs because she gets the job done, and everyone can use an extra friend =].
