Joslyn and Cosyln both seemed inadequate in to assist in a name change. Their atWas not working and had to wait til 9 am for a withdrawal and at that time they wouldn’t open the door

Wonderful bank, wonderful people. It's the walkup atm that I hate. Start to finish it takes 4 minutes to deposit 100 bills. That's absurd. Imagine having to deposit 300 bills at night. You're a sitting duck.

Stopped in to open an account for my son. The woman asked if we had an appointment and then seemed to look for any reason for us not to do it. They must not have enough people to handle their customers. They are probably trying to push everyone to the net to save money. I don't get a good feeling when the first impression they give is we are to busy for you. It kind of shows their additude towards customer service.

My son was the latest victim of a scam using his debit card. This can be scary for a teenager just starting out! He sat down with Brad at the branch & my son was put at ease with the immediate steps that Brad took to secure his account and issue another debit card on the spot! Thank you Brad, you just modeled to a young man what responsible business practices look like! Couldn't give 5 stars since the fraudulent charge is pending and they couldn't dispute it before it clears the account. Will have to put in a dispute when the scammers get their money..that part is unfortunate.

Do not bank here they don’t have customer service for their own customers. Will charge 3$ atm fee and take your card and it return it. Seems sketchy atm is never working check your accounts

I got my debit card in the mail, couldn’t activate it. I was told to go to the branch. Brad told me from his system, it looks like the card is good to go and go to atm. I told him I was going to work. 5 min later he called me that there is a glitch in the system and my card won’t work and I need a new debit card number….but couldn’t print me one cause the printer is down! What?!?! Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this branch
