I recently stopped into this Home Goods (around 10:30am on Friday) and was definitely taken by surprise at how rude and nasty the workers were. The cashiers were behaving like children. One was yelling at the other for not helping her hang up a new seasonal sign and the other was complaining about a customer that had just left the storm. They were very loud about it too. They also kept telling each other to "move" if the other was in the way. I typically would never complain about a store since I know how understaffed the retail stores are now, but they were acting like children and it was enough for me to put my items back and leave the store. Teach your staff some manners.

This is one of my favorite Homegoods. It can get really busy but the staff is very responsive to the customers waiting on line. It has one of the biggest pet sections (6 rows) I’ve ever seen. Make sure you go, if not for yourself then definitely for your dog!

Returns are made difficult since you need the receipt PLUS the original card it was charged on to receive a refund. Otherwise, a store credit is what is issued.

This is a popular Home Goods. I have friends that travel a half hour to shop at this one. Ample parking & good burrito joint in plaza.

Weird colors for the pumpkins this year. Didn't like the yellow or dull orange. Staff moving customers thru the lines quickly. Good stock.
