Audrey has trained me since 2016. I’ve learned so much from her even while working in the fitness field myself. I do believe the biggest thing I learned was how to better my nutrition. Over the past couple of years there has been a bigger emphasis on topics outside of weightlifting and nutrition. “Get outside” is something I always see her post. She understands the importance of self-care and what nature can do for you. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, cares about those who she works with and loves to see you succeed. Lastly, her communication is top notch. I would highly recommend Audrey.

I've been working with Audrey for about 6 months now, and have hit new PRs for all of my lifts. I have gotten so much stronger thanks to her programming. Audrey is amazing to work with!

Audrey is a great trainer! She helped me pick out a meal plan and it works! I've lost 16 lbs so far! She's very helpful when it comes to nutrition. Thanks Audrey!!
