I have already stopped at three different locations to drop my packages but no on-site FEDEX will take them ( folding chairs). So I tried calling this location several times so I do not have to drive 40 minutes to be told no again and I cannot even reach a person. The automated person hangs up on me every time. Really bad customer service when you cannot even get a person.

i had a horrible experience with fedex recently and customer service was not helpful at all. they kept passing me around until they finally connected me with someone at this location locally. i believe the woman who helped me was named Pam (?). she was able to contact the driver and get an extremely important package delivered to me within less than an hour. i am very grateful and appreciative her help. thank you!!
