This Dollar Tree is always very clean, well stocked and organized. The recently hired ladies are always super helpful and there is always someone at the register. I drive out of my way to go to this store instead of the one in Ledgewood.

I went in thinking thinking everything was fine and I hear people talking poorly about someone and I look over and it’s a manager and a worker talking about one of their workers. I think that shows how poorly the staff is being treated and still expecting them to want to go to work in the first place. They are rude and I would never expect that from a manager. I would never want to work there. Do better.

Wish I could rate 0 stars for how horribly these managers talk about their own employees. Ive went in this store many times, and i would sometimes overhear the current managers talking badly about their employees. It is very disrespectful and completely unprofessional of them. This store will not do well if the managers are like this, the employees are nice people. I wish i could say the same about their managers. If you want a painful and horrid job, then make sure you apply as soon as possible!

I love this Dollar Tree! They have the nicest employees! The store is always clean and fully stocked! I drive 10 mins. farther to come here and avoid the Mansfield location !
