I go to Pharmacy to get a prescription and the gates are down. The whole staff is out to lunch???? There were at least 10 customers backed up waiting for it to open. When it opened, I counted the staff. 8 people behind the counter. WHY, WHY, WHY do they close. Why can't they stagger the lunch breaks and stay open? It makes no sense to close and have a backup of customers when you reopen. This has got to be the dumbest thing in customer service that I have ever seen. Really never going back to this CVS Pharmacy even though I live 2 miles away.

The only good thing about this place is the male in pharmacy was nice. I stopped in to pick up a few things, but needed to use the restroom first. It was locked and needed a key. They had one for employees only and one for customers. Because you needed a key you would assume the bathroom was kept in decent condition. It was DISGUSTING! I've seen cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. There were dead bugs on the floor and the TOLIET SEAT! Along with and other waste. I was so disgusted, especially when I couldn't wash my hands because there was no soap !

I went to pickup a temporary refill of medication, the curly brown haired skinny girl at the drive thru at 4:40 pm on Thursday May 13 was very impatient, and snippy with me, then literally threw 3 bottles of pills without a bag into the drawer and opened it aggressively and said "have a nice day", not very nicely. For some reason every time my family and I come there she is rude.

The Covid vaccination was so easy. They took me exactly at my scheduled time, and I was in and out within 15 minutes of receiving my shot!

This location is super convenient. The new building is very nice as it gives a clean and modern appearance. The major negative I would say is that the pharmacy isn't 24 hours, and there's never enough staff to suit the amount of customers here. Especially in the pharmacy area.

Simply put, this place is horrible! I agree with other post. They need better management and customer service training. They cannot handle the customer load. Hey here's a great idea; Hire more help so you can take care of your customers. I think it's time to utilize another pharmacy.

I've never written a review before and I want to rate 0 stars. Have had MANY problems over the years with being told there were no refills when there was, with returning to pick up medicine and told they are out of stock, with treating customers on pain management protocols differently than other customers. Have addressed issues with head pharmacist John and with corporate with no improvement. Today, pain medication was promised in 1 hour. Returned 2 hours later and had to wait another hour. When I told the pharmacist that it was unacceptable to wait 3 hrs for pain meds she apologized BUT said they were busy. I reviewed with her how pain medication should be a priority if she is busy. The vitamins, ointments and antibiotics can wait. Will be contacting corporate again, MAJOR changes are imperative!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I never EVER go out of my way to write reviews or complain about any place of business. However, I've gotten fed up with their irresponsibility and failure to do their job. The few times I came here to get my prescription refilled they never had it ready and told me that there was no prescription to be refilled. Although I knew there was and should have been filled way before, they eventually realized that there was in fact a prescription to be filled, they just never even checked and therefore, I had to wait an extra 25-45 minutes for them to fill it.. In addition each time I've been there waiting for my prescription, I've heard them tell several other people that they didn't have a prescription either when they actually did, and they failed to fill it on time.

CVS used to be great to their customers. Now, managers are nasty, staff completely disinterested. Constant app problems.
